How do I book?

You can easily book on the main page of our website! Browse specific dates and find the home that meets your travel needs. Or if you prefer, you can email us at Support@lc-guesthouse.com.

Check In and Check Out

LC GuestHouse allows guests to check-in any time after 3 pm local time and requires them to check-out by 11 am local time. If a guest needs to check-in earlier or check-out later, they can contact LC GuestHouse's support line by email or phone/text to make a request. LC GuestHouse will do its best to accommodate the request and will confirm any modified check-in or check-out time by email or text. Guests should also follow any additional instructions that may be necessary due to the changes.

However, if a guest overstays past their designated check-out time by more than two (2) hours, LC GuestHouse reserves the right to enter the space, remove any belongings, change the locks or lock codes, and take further action as necessary. The guest may be liable for associated costs and additional fees up to 150% of the effective daily rate of their stay for each day (full or partial) that they overstay, as well as any other related damages, fees, costs, or expenses incurred by LC GuestHouse.

Before check-out, guests should receive an email from LC GuestHouse containing check-out instructions. They should follow these instructions and contact the provided phone number with any questions.

Extra Charges and Fees

Unauthorized Late Check-out – 100% of the nightly rate of any impacted nights

  • Smoking/Candles – $200.00 minimum fee

  • Excessive Cleaning – Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed

  • Damaged or Missing Items from Suite – Depends on Cost of Item

  • Missing Keys/Fobs/Remotes or Passes $100.00 minimum fee

  • Locksmith, when required – $150.00 minimum fee

  • Forgotten Personal Belongings – Cost of Postage to Return

Parking is conveniently located in both front and back of the building in public parking garages.

How do I access Wifi?

Wifi usernames and passwords are provided in all units.
